how can someone be in customer service that won't pick up the phone and call a client? it's your damn job. Seriously - you are going to put more effort in to avoiding the task than actually doing the task. Ridiculous!
And how can someone like that keep their job?

hmmmm, who could that possibly be???? There are so many people to choose from! Their usual response is that they e-mailed them when it would have be faster to call them.
ReplyDeleteAmen. In the time it takes to send 3 emails you could already have your answer. Often times I give up arguing with her and call the customer myself.
